I just discovered Culinate via lobstersquad (Ximena did some artwork for the site). This looks like a promising new online magazine covering a whole range of interesting issues about food - its place in our lives and in the world at large. Not only does it have a clean, eye pleasing design that avoids those extremely annoying animated adverts, but it smartly offers RSS and archived content so that you can keep up with the site as well as troll through past publications.
